Sport Activities
At Atlantic Education Schools, we believe in fostering teamwork, discipline, and healthy competition through our dynamic sports programs. Students can develop athletic skills, build fitness, and represent our school in various competitions.

Footbal
Our football club offers a fun and energetic introduction to one of the world’s most beloved sports. We focus on developing gross motor skills, coordination, and spatial awareness while also teaching important safety guidelines. Young players learn the values of sportsmanship, teamwork, and patience through activities such as passing drills, mini-matches, and skill challenges. By engaging in cooperative play, children not only improve their physical abilities but also build friendships and learn the importance of supporting one another—on and off the field.

Volleyball
The volleyball club is a welcoming space for students of all skill levels, from beginners to those with prior experience. Boys and girls are encouraged to participate without pressure, as we provide step-by-step skill development, from serving and passing to setting and spiking. Our sessions are a mix of skill-building drills and friendly matches, creating a perfect balance of learning and fun. Beyond the sport itself, the club helps students develop communication skills, improve coordination, and gain confidence in their abilities—all while enjoying a friendly, team-focused environment.

Table Tennis
Table tennis is more than just a quick-paced game—it’s a fantastic way to boost concentration, reflexes, and agility. In our club, students participate in engaging skill sessions where they learn proper grips, serving techniques, and rally strategies. Each session ends with friendly matches and fun challenges to put those skills into practice. This activity not only sharpens physical reflexes but also trains mental focus and patience, making it an excellent choice for students who enjoy both competition and strategy. Kit required: games kit.

Basketball
Our basketball club combines skill development, strategic thinking, and the thrill of fast-paced play. Students are introduced to new techniques—from dribbling and shooting to defensive moves—while also learning how to apply tactics in real-game situations. The heart of our program lies in teamwork; players quickly discover that success on the court depends on trust, communication, and mutual support. Beyond the physical benefits, basketball fosters leadership, quick decision-making, and a sense of belonging within the team.

Karate & Taekwondo
Karate and Taekwondo offer students a unique blend of physical training, self-defence skills, and mental discipline. These martial arts focus on structured techniques such as sparring, forms (patterns), breaking, and controlled self-defence movements. Students also practice meditation and breathing exercises to promote calmness, focus, and emotional balance. More than just a sport, martial arts instil life-long values such as courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and indomitable spirit. As an Olympic sport, Taekwondo in particular gives students the chance to aspire to high levels of competition while still embracing the traditional philosophies behind the art.
